Small group training:
Our small group classes are designed to help women build strength and shape with proper lifting technique and purposeful programming. Each 45-minute class focuses on exercises selected to enhance the female physique, emphasizing muscle development, balance, and long-term progress.
There is no cardio, no jumping, and no plyometric movements. Every workout is centered around controlled, effective strength training.
Classes are capped at six members to ensure personalized coaching, hands-on form correction, and individual attention. This allows every member to train with confidence, progress safely, and get the most out of each session.
